Israel has issued a new evacuation order targeting dozens of localities in southern Lebanon from Nabatiyah to Zahrani. At 1800 hours on 4 April 2026, there were 1,422 deaths in Lebanon and 4,294 injuries since 2 March, according to the Ministry of Health. Israel on Saturday called on the inhabitants of several areas of Tyre in southern Lebanon to evacuate north of the Zahrani River. Shortly before, a hospital in the coastal city had been damaged by two Israeli air strikes at nearby buildings, according to local sources.

On Saturday, American-Israeli strikes targeted the area of the Iranian nuclear power plant in Bouchr, in southern Iran. According to the official Irna agency, a security officer was killed, while no damage was recorded on the facilities. The incident revives tensions around Iran's regional nuclear issue.
