A dispatch from the National Information Agency confirms the resumption by the examining magistrate Tarek Bitar of his investigation into the explosion of the Port of Beirut, after being informed of the rejection of the complaint presented by the former Minister of Transport Youssef Fenianos by the Civil Court of Appeal headed by Judge Randa Harrouq.
